I can't signup for Free Web Hosting

I can't signup for free web hosting. The answer is :

"Due to continued abuse from your country of origin we have currently disabled signups. Please try back at a later date."

So, what i must to do?

Also, i wanna ask u, do x10 free hosting support SMTP for phpmail? Thx for the answer..

With a free hosting account, SMTP and PHPMail are enabled, but im pretty sure abusing them is NOT a wise choice. As for signing up, I think you'll have to just wait around for an admin to stop by and get you registered, or be denied by said admin...

domain:
Confirm that you Agree to follow the TOS [ ]

For contact e-mail it will be the same as you have for the forums.
