I don't know why my account has been suspended

My account has been suspended. I appealed the suspension and it was immediately unsuspended. About 10 minutes later I got another email saying that the account was suspended. I have tried to appeal this but received no response. I still have no idea why my account was suspended and I certainly haven't undertaken any of the activities outlined as likely to lead to suspension and of course, I have logged in quite recently.

So what do I do next?

Unfortunately, a full 24 hours later, you still had not fixed the problem. Therefore, your account is now permanently suspended as per Section 8 of the Terms of Service.
