May be for inactivity. I too was suspended for the same reason some days ago and then I removed that suspension form my account panel.

thank ana, the fact is that i cant get into may cpanel acount. and the status of my account is literaly "suspension No reason provided."

i think x10hosting need me to confirm my email address but i just see now that there is an error in two letters order in my email address.

i try to change but the system say me that the correct one is in use, so im locked.

i dont understund how is possible that de emails is wrong due to the fact that i have mails from x10hosting. in the correct one.


thanks priyaa161 its possible that reason but i think no because i remember read in somewher that type of suspension can be auto-unssuspended and
this it not the case, but i dont know.
