I have a few questions about TOS

I have no clue where this goes, so I hope this is the right place. I have a few questions....

A) It (the TOS) says "No file sharing." I'll assume that means no image sharing. Say I make a forum, and allow a user to to upload a signature. Would that count as image uploading?

B) I plan to build my website free, then upgrade to premium when we go public. If, while im free, someone (a script kiddy who hates me for some random reason) decides to get a ton of his friends and repeatedly F5 my website, thus causing alot of traffic in a short time, will my account get permanently suspended? And will the same happen if I go premium? Cause if so, ill probably password lock it.

C) I'm probably never going too, but im just curious. It says no chatboxes because of the amount of MySQL queries. If someone had a chatbox, but it connected to a different host, would it still be againgst the rules?

A) No, images uploaded as avatar, attachement, signature or similar does not count as file/image sharing. With that we refer to using the account for sharing files/images only without them having relevance to a proper site, or a site completely dedicated to doing just that.

B) The worst that could happen would be a High resource usage suspension, though that is unlikely. Those are not permanent, and for the first couple times you can unsuspend through your account panel, on the third you need to ask in a support request.

C) If the resources are being used at that different host that's fine (iframe includes etc). On premium we do not have that limitation though.
