I have more issues, please help!

Dear Guys:

I finally got access to the Cpanel, but still having problems to load the website because an error establishing a database connection... I checked and repaired all the data in my database but does not work... last time had the same problem and had to do with the name of the Remote Database Access Hosts... right now I have "int.boru.x10hosting.com" and the symbol of "%"... Any suggestions to get back on line?
