I have tried to buy x10vps hosting - nothing happened

Hi,

I have tried to buy x10vps hosting s3 account but after entering all details and phone verification - nothing happened!

I didn't get any emails form x10hosting or x10vps, checked all spam and bin folder - just nothing happened. I was just hopping to try it out for 1 month but now I would like to cancel it anyway if it did go trough or not. I have tried to login to x10vps with details registered but no account was found and password recovery said no account found.
I don't need a refund or anything. I just would like to know what happened? Thanks.

You may want to censor out part of your email so a spam bot doesn't pick it up, like by adding '[AT]' instead of '@'.

most 'spam bots' know ...[AT]... and a lot more ways that users try to "censor" their Email address - best way - is to not post your Email address in any forum

I was thinking of that while typing. Staff should be able to hunt down the email with the username provided anyway.

in a support forum - if staff needs your Email address you can PM it

As far as I can tell it did not go through at all, I find nothing when I look in the premium systems for your email address.
If you want to know more about what could have gone wrong I'd please send an email to sales@x10premium.com, that way you'll reach staffmembers that can look into logs to see what may have failed.
