Once again I have issues with login, even though they have been saved.

"Hmm, login details do not seem to be correct. Please try again."

What is going on?

How do I reset login and password?

What username do I use ??????

If you are going directly to DirectAdmin, your username is the same as here at the forums

It is however recommended that you use the sso login from our main page as that is the ONLY place of login that will count towards keeping your account active.

The password should be the same as you use for the sso login on our main page, though there is a possiblity that your password got jumbled in the migration, if you think this is the case the only option for now is that I set a new temp one directly on the server as it may not work to use the option to reset the password yet.

Using : https://x10hosting.com/sso/login

I get this:

login.png

clicking "Open cPanel" I get this:

login-2.png

After waiting a while nothing happens so clicking "Retry" takes me back to image 1.
I'm looped forever.

I also cannot login via FTP using the "recommended" settings with the Filezilla FTP client.

I have had confirmations that the option to reset password does NOT reflect down to the server but would just change it for the sso login page.

What I can do is set a temporary password directly on DirectAdmin and send you a PM with the details. This would mean you can not for the time being go through sso page, but would need to go to x14.x10hosting.com:2222 for logins until they are capable of sycning, unless you set them to be the same.
