I need a solution for my website.

I posted this before, but i didn't get any solution about this:

My website isn't working in about more than a month. I don't know what's the issue, the problem started when the server was making some fixes.
I cannot access to the website, cpanel and ftp.

You were probably on Lotus or Absolut.

Several accounts on those servers did not transfer Data Centers due to a software malfunction.
Effectively, there are no backups of files or databases.

The problem, is that passed a lot of time without a real answer to that.
What can i do? Wait more time? Assignate a new account? Wait for a backup for my files or what?

I would open a new hosting account and upload any backups you have yourself.

Can I recover some "upgrades" that i had before?

And.. is really sure that ALL is deleted? No files can be recovered?

Hello, which upgrades did you have on your account previously?

Also, if you provide the username of your last account i can check if there are any files left, but i am 99% sure there wont be.

About upgrades, i don't remember, but was all upgrades gain between 2008 and early 2010.0
About the username, can be one of this: tyrantm, ssbb or smash.

PD: I cannot install a board, because the database throws a error.
An Error has accured while trying to connect to your Database:
Cannot create database wcf
Access denied for user 'tyrantm_ssbb'@'int.lotus.x10hosting.com' to database 'wcf'

The board can access to the db, but cannot create nothing, and i gave all permisions.
