I need cpaned and ftp Reset Please

Hi,
I need my Password to the CPanel and FTP reset please..

Domain: http://pspflash.elementfx.com

also it says my thing is available and on the actualy x10 site under my account it says Its my domain and to goto http://pspflash.elementfx.com:2082/ for cpanel and etc help?

For your cPanel password reset, i believe you can go to: http://pspflash.elementfx.com:2082 and it says password reset down the bottom, then type your cPanel username and from there i think you will recieve an email.

It seems that the password reset feature isn't working? Usually there is a button you can reset with on that page.
