I NEED HELP: Change your name servers with your DNS provider

I have no clue how to change this, I am new to changing Nam servers and DNS so please could someone help me. Give me a instruction guide on where i navigate to and what i need to remove or change. If the staff is able to log into my account and change it for me so i do not mess my website up. I'd really appreciate it! Sorry If other people think this is simple to do but this is the first time I've had to attempt to change the Name Servers. Thank You

Seeing that you have one of the domains we provide freely with your account, you would need to use the plugin in cPanel to enable cloudflare, that would automatically set your domain properly.
