I need help getting started with building my site

I would like my site URL to read: **edited by request**
and wonder if this would be possible with a paid site?
Can someone help me out and show me what I need to do and where I need to go to do it? I tried signing up the first time and messed up and now I am unable to download a site builder. Regards

IF you have a [ index.html ] file in the [ public_html ] folder - in your account
the URL to your site wold be your account's 'Main Domain' - which you can get from your cPanel
or you can use a 'add-on' - or a 'parked' domain

okay, so do I need the site builder for this?

I'm not so sure if I understand the question, sorry. Are you looking to create a website using our site builder? If so, you can do this within your cPanel, by choosing "Add New Website", and creating a new site with "Site Builder" selected.

If not, you can alternatively upload an index.html file you already have on your computer to public_html.
