I have been using your free hosting for over a year now and I am interested in buying your Static Plan however I have a few questions about your static plan

is the Static plan more reliable than my free hosting plan?
and what I mean by reliable is the uptime.

my free website randomly goes down and does'nt work and can't be accessed and ftp won't work either sometimes for looooong periods of time

If I purchase your static plan then will this be a thing of the past? I heard once that free and paid accounts are hosted on different servers

I also need to know what happens to my current free account does that transfer to my new paid account?

when I get my new account can I change the subdomain to my old subdomain? (tigzone.x10hosting.com) this is a must have sorta thing.

what does the bandwidth exactly mean?
is the paid bandwidth signicantly greater than
the free bandwidth?

does bandwidth mean how much data can be sent at once like if multiple people are downloading my game at once how exactly do I crunch the numbers?

I really enjoyed free hosting for the last year and I was hoping to buy your static plan

your feedback to answer my questions would geratly help me in making a decision.

Hello,

Yes, our paid hosting plans are hosted on separate severs to ensure maximum uptime. There is almost 0 downtime (Just planned really) on the paid hosting servers.

If you buy one of our paid hosting accounts, we will transfer the account to the paid server for you, and you can have your sub-domain switched as long as it's available.

Bandwidth defines the amount of transfer your site can use in one month. So you can send/receive 100 GB per month with the Static Paid plan.

2 quick questions

will i be suspended if i dont loginto the forum evry two weeks with a paid plan

do i have to do anything with my domain tigzone.com like change name servers or ipadresses

with all that bandwidth im definently gonna buy the static plan

Hello, no you will not get suspended if you don't log into the forums every 2 weeks and you do not have to change anything with your domain.

Everything will work as is. If you have any issues you can always ask for help anyway.
