About 2 months now since I moved to a new area, I've not been able to reach my site. I get time out all of the time. It seems I'm able to reach my site through only one ip.
Is x10 members sites configured to use just one ip?
Because of this, I signed up with other free host and they are working alright with any internet connection I use.
But I still want to stay in x10 and not those hosts. Please I need to fix this. :dunno:

I am also having the same problem. The site seems unstable and unreliable. I am considering changing hosts. Does anyone have any suggestions?

gateway: try flushing your DNS.

Windows:

start->run->cmd

type: ipconfig /flushdns

----------------

The free servers are a little unstable right now, that's all.

Users take advantage of x10's free services to run CPU-Hogging scripts that kill Apache.

The uptime on it is actually pretty good.

My ip is dynamic and I don't seem to have the same problem. Try logging to your cPanel by using http://<server>.x10hosting.com:2082 and see if you can.
