I set up 3 email accounts, but now I can't see any of them (account details missing)

When I set up my account, I set up the maximum of three email accounts. The emails used to work great, but now I no longer receive email to the forwarded account. When I go to see what the settings are, no email accounts are listed, yet my account info still states I'm using 3 of 3 email accounts. Help! How do I access those accounts?

Hi thezanda,

Sorry about this. It seems your email accounts didn't fully restore for some reason after the server migrations we underwent a month ago.

I've now finished up restoring your email accounts' files, and they should now be showing up in cPanel again. Please could you check that everything is working again?

Well, I may have spoken too soon. When I tried to change the password on one of my email accounts, it gave me an error stating that the account didn't exist. I received the same error message when I tried to delete the email account. It appears there is still a problem with my email accounts...
