I just got the following message in my email

x10Hosting has an inactivity policy that will soon affect your hosting account healing7. We require all users to access our forums and login at least once per month. At this time, your x10Hosting forum account healing7 has been inactive for 35 days.

I purchased the inactivity waiver so I wouldn't get caught having not logged in to the forum and thus having my website, healing4thebody.com, down due to a suspension. Last month it was suspended and I found out I had to relink my forum account to my hosting account. i did that. The forum account that I use, username- healing4thebody, is linked to my hosting account, user name- healing7. So why am I getting this inactivity warning? Do I still have to log in even though I purchased the inactivity waver?

Your hosting account, healing7 is linked to the forum account healing7.

healing4thebody doesn't seem to be linked to any hosting account.

You can swap forum accounts through the account panel.

If healing4thebody is not linked to my hosting account, then why is it that when I go to my hosting account which has a user name of healing4thebody and I go to the forum account page it says . . . Your current linked forum account username is healing4thebody.

I am confused I have no forum account with user name healing7 nor does my hosting account have a user name of healing7. The only thing that I use healing7 as a user name for is to log into my cpanel.

So on the page that says to "Swap x10Hosting Forum Account Link" what do I put in for the forum user name and password if I don't have a healing7 forum user name or password?

Please help me understand. I would like to get this straightened out.

I think what happened is that instead of linking with your existing forum account, you accidentally created a new one.

Login to the account panel using the e-mail address associated with your hosting account and your cPanel (hosting) user names password. Once logged in you can use this link to come directly to the page for changing the linked forum account: https://x10hosting.com/control/?account&vb&swap

If you need to know which e-mail address that is let me know and I'll send you a pm with the information.

Enter the user name and password for you forum account healing4thebody
