I think I broke it...White screen

Hi, wondering if you can help please?
I was uploading some images earlier into a photo gallery and kept getting an error message 'resource limit reached'
i checked the log and it was indeed at the top end, i waited a bit and tried the upload again, eventually i got the photos to upload.
however now all i am seeing is a white page when visiting the website www.leedstemplars.org.uk is there a time limit or something that stops anyone from accessing the website whilst it cools down? or have i done something to break it? if you could that would be brill!
