Hi, I did try to post before for help. When I finished the board went blank with some kind of error string of code failure.

I have a develop plan under the domain rothips.net. I pay yearly (i think, but i cant access the information).

I am unable to log into both the free under and paid user account. I truly cant view my account information other than whats displayed on my Cpanel. Id like to be able to see my account status and services...Im trying to see at the moment if I should drop my domain with a another sever or just use x10. This is so very frustrating. :C

Please, any help you can give is very much appreciated.

If you're using a paid server, then your best bet is to use the support ticket system. You'll priority support from someone who can see your status.

I ended up emailing support on my paypal bill and getting help.

Hello, you may actually just reset your password, since your required to use an email address to sign up with. So unless you have forgotten your password to your email address to, i'm sure you are able to get access to the priority support.
