That is not a cPanel user name, searching for that email only brings the details for the forum account.

I did find reports of an hosting account with the same user name as you have for the forums being terminated on the 30th of November. Once terminated there's no way to get the data back, you'd need to start over by signing up for a new account.

Never, ever post your password. These are public forums and anybody can see what you post.
