i see your site, it is not the 'Fitbit' site. Maybe you need to flush your dns.

tanuki.org.uk

Edit: I've now worked out how to flush the DNS (after several failed attempts due to missing the space / being in wrong directory) and it's OK now, thanks.

Is there any estimate on when this will completely clear up? Mentioning Fitbit in support gets a redirect to this :p. It's actually been fine for me for the past few days, but I'm still getting a lot of complaints from users.

- got the answer, thanks, just need a magic button for users to learn stuff now :/

I have gone through and fixed any site that still showed presence of the issue, please wait 48 hours, and if you are still experiencing the Fitbit issue, post here and it will be taken care of.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has been.

I am also experiencing the fitbit problem. Thank you. Have had this issue for around 2 weeks now and it's alternating. Some days we have it and others we don't. Just found this thread.

My website is http://mercx.exofire.net

I've had this problem for 3 weeks now... When will it be really solved? My domain is www.cocinet.com.ar ... Fitbit comes and goes all the time. ns1.x10hosting.com resolves my domain correctly, but ns2.x10hosting.com gives me the Fitbit IP address.

Still having this issue after 3 weeks. My visitors complain about the Fitbit redirect everyday . I posted about this a week or so ago and it never got fixed. Posting this again.

All of the above domains are pointing to the correct location.

No changes were made, please flush your DNS cache, and your browser cache, and try again. Further, allow 48 hours to pass before posting again.
