illuminated account moved to starka, unable to log in

Hi,

I am a paying customer on your illuminated service. After your latest changes, it seems my account has been moved to the starka server again with all the free account users. I am now unable to use ftp to update my site, and I'm not even able to log in to cPanel (claiming invalid username).

My customers are complaining about web functions failing (it seems my python scripts aren't running or the site times out).

Please advise.

Your account is NOT on Starka, and the IP of your domain is that of the Illuminated server.

Your account panel is NOT showing the correct node though, for cPanel: https://illuminated.x10hosting.com:2083

There was however a small routing issue which should now be sorted.

Thank you, Anna, but it seems I'm not out of the woods yet. Now when I log in to cPanel through illuminated.x10hosting.com:2083 I get this error message and can't access cPanel:

This server is currently not licensed. Please contact the server administrator. Other services available on this server such as web services are likely functioning normally. (Cannot read license file)


Once the license on this server is active, you will no longer see this message. If you have installed a license since loading this page, click here to reload.
