My website ultimatephoneguide.com was on the boru server and was offline for at least a week after the upgrades. I lost my data and function of the cpanel.
My hosting account was deleted and recreated on the starka server by community support.
I read the announcement post http://x10hosting.com/forums/news-announcements/165237-boru-account-issues-after-upgrades.html about the illuminated upgrade. Is it still possible to upgrade my account to illuminated?
I've noticed that other related posts have responses from support.
I know I already created another post about this but never got any reply.
I don't remember any replies to my other issues over the last few months.
