Dear jodoloy
There is a limit but it is not 16mb.The limit is 64MB upload,when using the cPanel file manager. Non-negotiable, unless you upgrade to premium.

The comparison shows the configured PHP max upload... meaning the max you can upload through a php script on the website.
Illuminated does as far as I know not have a file size limit on how big file you can upload on FTP.
The file manager in cPanel does have a limitation, but that is not related to the max upload shown in that comparison page either. cPanel php max upload (which is what limits the file manager) is set at 50 Mb on Illuminated.
