There currently are no active disputes open; there also is no dispute submitted from the email address linked to the hosting account in question (disputes opened by the panel submit as though they were from the email address linked to the account, so they can be searched for easily). I was also not able to locate a dispute by the cPanel username or domain in question. If the dispute was submitted under the wrong account/email, it would not be able to be processed.
Based on that a dispute was not able to be found, I would recommend resubmitting the dispute via the panel.
