In addition to what was posted above, there are exceptions but that really does depend on the situation and you would need to contact X10 beforehand to avoid any issues.
You are not stopped from creating accounts for a reason, though I think it would be ideal to not state the reasons here.

Really ! since your staff has decided to treat me like a dog here, i intend to register a thousand different accounts all with different IP address's which wont be from any proxies etc. that you already block. If someone knows what they are doing, you cant keep them out. We do track multiple accounts, you can and will eventually be suspended for it. The "mydoma45" user is someone who enjoys creating and deleting a forum about fish over and over again, probably a few hundred times for the past few years. He's mostly harmless so we generally let him be until he has one of his meltdowns as seen above.
