Im not allowed a server because my country isn't allowed?!

Hi. I wanted to set up a server so i could access my files from other places in the world. However apparantly you aren't allowing the UK to sign up any more? Or at least me? My friend has one and he was the one who told me about you and said you were very good, but so far I am not impressed. Please could you do something because I have seen what this site does and I would really like to utilise its features. Thank you.

When did you try? As far as I'm aware this only happened for a few hours a couple of days ago. Could you tell me whether it is working now?

Hi. Yes I tried this morning and just now about 3 or 4 times and it still says my country isn't allowed. I don't know why.

The UK is a whitelisted country; there won't be a problem unless you are using a proxy (never allowed) or an ISP that assigns "offshore" IP addresses to its users (that is, IP addresses from a block of addresses that belongs to another country). (I have heard of some small, off-brand ISPs doing that in the UK. In that case, you might notice odd results on some websites that use geolocation to customize their content.)

In any case, file storage is prohibited here. You can't use your hosting account as a "cloud drive"; it's meant for hosting websites only.

Ah ok. Well thats still fine but I still cant seem to be able to sign up anyway. Whats going on?
