First im not understand x10hosting TOS because im not reading BUT now i agree your suspension for my account and i will remove all ringtones and games in my account if you unsuspension the hosting.

This type of violation of TOS does fall under our Zero Tolerance policy, which means the account is permanently suspended.

Under no circumstances will you be given access back to the account. Eventually it will be removed from the system.
