I'm unable to log into my existing account

Hi everyone,
A few days back I open an account. Now it seems that I'am not allowed to enter.
The strange thing is that I created a new one with the email I've entered in the previous one and It seem that it passed...
Can anyone help?

Are you trying to log into cpanel or Account Panel

Account Panel, I've always copy pasted the cpanel access from there.

Currently Account panel is offline.So dont worry.Can you post your url so i can tell the cpanel.

Are you asking cpanel url .For you it is http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082/

For information, you can always use yourdomain.com:2082 for cPanel, so if your site is located at: mysite.x10hosting.com, cPanel can be accessed at: mysite.x10hosting.com:2082
