Image Upload Issue: Error Server I/O

Hi,

I am using concrete5 as CMS (on Chrome) and when I try to upload multiple images using the inbuilt Flash uploader, it gives Server I/O error. When I try to upload single image using standard browser uploader the CMS does not gives out an error rather the process never finishes, it goes on indefinitely.

Earlier the same process worked but this time around, I have been trying for 2-3 days but got the same error. I also cleared the CMS cache and manually deleted temporary files but the problem persists.

I checked the CMS forums and with extensive troubleshooting, we concluded that there is some issue with the web host issue rather than CMS.

Can anybuddy look into this and help me out. This has been quite frustrating and time consuming.

How large is the image you are uploading, in megabytes?

Hi,
Today I was able to upload all my images after posting this thread. However, I would like to know the reason for the problem I was facing. Image are usual compressed images ie. in range of 50-120 KB JPEG's.
