Images in websites

Hi
I'm really new to web design and I am having a lot of problems! How come my images that are saved in my page (I use kompozer) won't show up when I upload the page to my site? I can see the images when I open the page in my browser when it's on my desktop.

The images may be in the wrong location.

if your image tag is <img src="img.jpg"> it must be in the same folder as the html file
if your image tag is <img src="http://forums.x10hosting.com/images/img.jp"> it must be in a sub folder called "images" inside the same folder as the html file.

there are more tricks you can use to change this, but most of the time this is true.

Simple, you can't save images in your page. You just make link to them. Did you actually uploaded those images and where?
