IMAP FOLDERS GONE

hello after the recent migration and a extender perios of no access to my account, aftet now getting things reset. all my imap folders have vanashed along with the information stored in them.

i now have no access to or way of recovering this imformation. please can some light be shed on this issue and critical problem please

I can see a large IMAP folder on your account.

In roundcube, click the three vertical dots next to the email address in the upper left, chose manage folders, you have many that are hidden. If in your mail client, make sure you subscribe to the folders properly, otherwise they will not sync with the client.

Also be advised that we are not a mail service, your mail folders contains far more then the actual website consists of. Once you hit the disk usage limit you would need to start looking at removing mails before any upgrade would be considered. Currently the mail takes up almost all of your disk usage.
