Impossible to have access to web site and to DirectAdmin

I connected to my CPanel yesterday in the morning to possibly make changes to it. In the evening when I returned, it is impossible to connect and here is the message after 2 minutes of attempt:

(The waiting period is exceeded
The server at x12.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond.)


And after checking my website is not available.

Sorry but nothing works, either:
My CPanel
My FTP
My website- Note this is my wordpress: http://www.blogvoyage.x10.mx/
And this on 2 computers 1 tablet 1 cell phone and this with 2-3 browser on each device.
Still very long trying to connect the result is always the same message:
The timeout has expired.

I cleared the cache, nothing helps.

Any other site works quickly and correctly

Yes I see that everything is ok including the site, the FTP and my access to CPanel.

What was the problem ? On my side I couldn't do anything in any way since I had no access.

Sometimes there are server issues. It could be due to abuse of another user, or one of the programs being unresponsive before it is caught and restarted. These things happen occasionally and if an admin is around, we can solve it right away. But, since we only have volunteers in this forum, sometimes I don't see a post for 48 hours and it's too late.

HelloThe same problem as last week comes up again and under the same circumstances.
I made modifications on my website in my FTP as well as my Worpress configuration on my site.
Suddenly no access works.Whether it's FTP, CPanel, and my Wordpress site on the web.

Still very long trying to connect the result is always the same message:

I made an attempt at the local cafe shop on the corner of my house, same problems

I have looked at different post on the forum which deals with topics very similar to mine.

So I tried to do a pink on my server:

PING x12.x10hosting.com (198.91.81.12): 56 data bytes
Request timeout for icmp_seq 0
Request timeout for icmp_seq 1
Request timeout for icmp_seq 2
Request timeout for icmp_seq 3
Request timeout for icmp_seq 4
Request timeout for icmp_seq 5

Negative result
Same think in web browser: https://x12.x10hosting.com:2222/ TIME OUT

I also try on another server as follows:

PING x14.x10hosting.com (198.91.81.14): 56 data bytes
64 bytes from 198.91.81.14: icmp_seq = 0 ttl = 54 time = 42.652 ms
64 bytes from 198.91.81.14: icmp_seq = 1 ttl = 54 time = 45.321 ms
64 bytes from 198.91.81.14: icmp_seq = 2 ttl = 54 time = 61.184 ms
64 bytes from 198.91.81.14: icmp_seq = 3 ttl = 54 time = 45.084 ms
64 bytes from 198.91.81.14: icmp_seq = 4 ttl = 54 time = 47.848 ms

Same think in web browser: https://x14.x10hosting.com:2222/ working good

That works well.
So still in the same reflection would my IP be blocked?
If so, why is my IP constantly blocked?

It is blocked for (sshd) Failed SSH login from 173.176.xxx.xxx

SSH is not available for free hosting, which also means you can not use SFTP either as that would be through the ssh protocol sort of.

I have unblocked the IP for now.

So I confirm that the first time (last week) the reason was the same.
Indeed after reflection I am guilty, used an outdated FTP software to
cause my error by trying different protocol to connect, without success.

My access seems to be blocked again.
Are there also parameters to be avoided on this side.
Please could you unblock my IP again.

This rule is alway valid ? messages that just say "Testing" (or like that) - and anything else that looks "spammy" (as far as the outbound mail filters are concerned) will be silently discarded - or sometimes the transfer to the SMTP server fails - you will not receive any notice when it fails

i may be wrong but i dont think remote email is permitted on free accounts.
i think i saw a post about it before but im not sure at the moment.

to many failed email logins might also cause issues.
i know i just set mine to default values and have not had any trouble at all.
but then i dont get any heavy amount of email or newsletters either.
so my spam is even like 0 for my email account. (i dont get any spam)

your problem may be something else, but staff will reply soon.

I assumed this was all for Free Hosting
Because the example illustrates the X12.X10Hosting server.
But I may have confused

Perhaps there is a reference section to know what to do or not to do on the free part of the servers?

his use of the x12 in the server is only an example.
you would change that based on the server your account is using.
for example im on the x15 server so id use X15.X10Hosting.com
if your on the x11 server you'd use X11.X10Hosting.com and so on.
you can also use mail.yourwebsite.com or what ever your website URL is.
since my website is like www.me.x10.bz i could use mail.me.x10.bz
if you use the mail format its good for pop and smtp settings.
thats worked for me anyway.

Yes, the spam prevention rule is always valid. Would not get your IP blocked by the firewall though, but the mail message would fail to arrive at the destination. To get around that when testing write a short sentence or two and put a somewhat proper subject for the mail.

You can indeed setup your free hosting mail account on a desktop app. Are you getting any errors trying? If so what are they and what settings do you actually use (don't post password obviously)?
