[In progress (Anna)] Unable to log-in to C-Panel

Hi,

I have been unable to log-in to my C-Panel since the server migrations. I can log into my account panel and the forums, just not C-Panel.
I tried changing the password but it won't accept my user name either.

Could someone help please?

Make sure you are trying login here http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082 with cpanel username and password..

If you forgot your cpanel password then Go to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php Login with Forums username and password.
Click on Change cpanel Password on Right Sidebar. and reset your cpanel password

Tried to log-in from the link you posted, still no go. I am able to log-in to my account and change my C-Panel password but it still won't accept it when I try to log-in to C-Panel. It seems like it just won't accept my user-name.

Looks Like your Account is not get transferred in recent migrations.. Because your website is currently linked to Old IP of Chopin..

You have to wait for some time. Admins are doing maintenance on backend system.. They will transfer your Account after this..

OK, I wondered if it was something to do with the ongoing maintenance, thanks for the information.

Yes, it is confirmed that the account was not properly transferred onto the new Chopin server.

I will take care of it as soon as it is possible, though that would probably be after the hardware upgrades are completed, don't want to have the equipment turned off in the middle of transfer.
