[In Progress] Error adding Addon domain

Hi,

I wanted to add an Addon-domain to my account.
When trying to do so it told me that the "domain is already configured".

Could somebody please tell me what to do?

Did you set the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com?
Also, what is the domain you are attempting to add?

Yes I have.

The domain name is unscape-united.net.

I've been browsing through some threads of people that have similar problems.
I have attempted to set my main domain name to unscape-united.net aswell, although it didn't work and I had to reverse my action.

Any ideas?

The domain nameservers are set correctly to x10 but these are not pointing it anywhere. Check in your cPanel under Subdomains to see whether it has appeared there. If so, delete the subdomain completely then try in Addon Domains to add the domain again from scratch. This worked for someone else with the same problem yesterday. If it does not appear as a Subdomain then you need an Admin to assist in setting it up properly on the x10 nameservers.

I have checked the cPanel and I cannot find the domain configured anywhere.

Is it possible that the domain name is already in the x10 database somewhere? Since I've already made an attempt to use it as my main domain name...
