Hello

My website www.mbkla.org.au is still down after the server move. I can not even log into cPanel to try and fix it. I keep trying to open a ticket to get this rectified but the link keeps bouncing me back to the forum.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Chris

There is a missing file as I saw on your website
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/mla/public_html/includes/defines.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/mla/public_html/index.php on line 21
. Check for a file called defines in the '/home/mla/public_html/includes' directory. This error is a software error. As for cPanel, the URL is http://chopin.x10hosting.com:2082/. Finally, this is the official way to get support. You first post a support thread here and Community helpers decide if the thread can be resolved directly or if escalation is necessary.

Thanks for your reply, I can not log into the cPanel due to it will not reconise my user name and password. This has been the case since the server move. I used to get into cPanel all the time to view emails so remembering the username and password is not an issue.

Thanks

Chris

Your cPanel account is fine, I just logged into it.

Username: mla
URL: https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083

If your password is not working reset it through the account panel.

Bryon

Thanks for the update but I have attempted to reset the cPanel password lots of times but however I am still having troubles login into the cPanel.

Any more suggestions.

Thanks

Chris

Ok

I am at a lost, this is a website has been down for over a week now and it is becoming a issue. I can not even log into the account control panel now as it is run off the user name and password as the cPanel account which is not letting me log in.

Can this please be moved up higher then sitting here and no one responding.

Thanks

Chris
