Inactive account

Hi,

I havnt logged into my client area for a while, and seems that my account has been disabled for inactivity. How do i get my account active again? My hosting still is online, i just cant login.

If you had an account, it was not linked to this Forum username.

1. What was your domain?
2. What was your cPanel account username?
3. What Forum username did you use when you created your Hosting account.


His Join date for this Forum account is 01-24-2010

Surely, your account has been finished long ago if not visit the forum for x10.
You can open an account and link with your username on the forum (the forum has never been erased). Greetings

My domain is: http://www.scottyobrien.x10hosting.com
And cpanel username was the same as this one.

Can the admins not just activate my account again? or have i got to go through all the sign up stage again?

cPanel name can only be 8 chars long so it could not possibly be the same as your forum account.

If the account has been terminated due to inactivity, you will have to sign up for a new account, but to determine if that is what has happened we need to know your cPanel name.

However it does look as that domain is active so I'll see what I can find based on that.

cPanel username: scottyob

That domain is connected to a hosting account with the user name scottyob, which is linked to the forum account scottyob.

scottyob is the forum account you should use for your account panel.
Also remember that to keep the hosting account active you need to login with that forum account, as it is required to login here at the forums at least once every 31 days. Also all support requests regarding your hosting account MUST be done from that forum account.
