the sky is blue you ****ing jackasses. I am getting pretty ****in fed up with this ****. there is a 2 week limit on inactivity to warrant an account suspension, however you see fit to suspend it after 2 days? christ 36 hours?? either un**** this or I'm taking my website elsewhere. This is ridiculous, having to unclick myself back into 'active duty' every 'however long you decide' just to keep my site from being shell shocked. I don't know what your IT staff considers to be "2 weeks" but in the real world that means 14 days not 48 hours. so to lock out an account when your own rules say 14 days, and then ****can the account after 2 days..? do the math! This is getting old VERY quickly and unless you want me to take my business elsewhere I suggest you un-**** whatever is causing this glitch

First of all, that tone is not necessary.

Secondly, to keep the account active you need to login here at the forums at least once every two weeks, logins to cPanel and/or your account panel does NOT reset the inactivity timer.

As far as I could tell your last visit prior to today was on October 6th, which is more then two weeks back. Also it may be of use to know that you should always login here prior to or directly after an unsuspension to avoid being placed back in the suspension queue, as unless you login the previous visit that were more then two weeks ago is still the latest.
