inactivity suspensions depsite activity

I keep getting suspension notices even though I log in to my forum account and also modify my hosted files on an almost daily basis. Also, as of yesterday http://philodygmn.x10hosting.com/cpanel gives a 404!

Please note that it is only logging in to these forums that count as activity.
Logging into account panel does not count.

As for the http://philodygmn.x10hosting.com/cpanel not working, it is possibly this is a result of the changes made to your server. Normally you'd use this for cPanel: https://philodygmn.x10hosting.com:2083, which is also a more secure connection going over https.
