Resolved Incomplete data since the migration

I've been checking since March for my website's data to be fully restored. However, 3 months have passed and the data is not complete yet. A Record is updated in Cloudflare.

Is the migration still on-going? Is there an ETA for the restoration of the backup?

Your account appears to be normal, except you're missing an extension for PHP that your software requires.

Log in to DirectAdmin (https://x10hosting.com/sso/main) and then extras -> PHP Version. Make sure that use a version of PHP and a MySQL extension that work with your software. Please note that the original mysql extension is depreciated. The PDO or improved version of MySQL should be used.

Are you saying you have missing files and/or databases? If so I can absolutely restore from the backups (though for the record it is advised to reports such things as soon as they are noticed, backups will not be kept forever). Migration process was completed in February as per my post in the migrations thread, where I also asked that anyone with something wrong post about it.

We don't know something went wrong with the transfer unless you tell us.

Yes, I have an incomplete data. These data were inputted sometime in Dec 2019 or early January 2020. I'll perform @garrettroyce advise to see if it will rectify the issue. However, I'm getting an error when logging in (see attached screenshot). I'll try again some other time and get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks.
