What is the deal with their suspension algorythm. it seems to suspend my account at random after just a couple of days of inactivity.
I understand and respect the 2 week rule, though this is not 2 weeks, I last logged onto the website on June 9th, that is 6 days ago. then was suspended on june 11th, two days after my previous log in.
this is not the only time it has happened, with 6 unrightly suspensions on my account while i have been very active the whole time.
this is also proved in my previous thread that is now closed where i made a thread after undue suspension, only to get another inactivity suspension the following day. cheating a thread is proof of activity, you can check the dates of the posts.

I made a ticket asking them to fix their faulty suspension algorythm, and giving feedback that they should atleast send out an automated email to notify people when their website is down, instead of it being down for a period of time before it gets noticed by their friends.
I got an unsasisfactory reply of "thank you for your feedback" to the ticket i submitted. in the meantime the problem is still there, with me finding the account is suspended yet again today. the forums is my last resort to turn to, with unsatisfactory consumer support from the submitted bug ticket
please, could someone on this service have a look at the coding behind the suspension timer, it is obviously going faulty, giving incorrect inactivity suspensions.
