Increase Alexa rank

Goodness heaven! If I am an Alexa ranker (admin), I would already see your domain as "Free".
So, to be able to get higher ranking, first!
1.] Get yourself a paid domain. ie: .co.uk | .org.uk | .info | .net
2.] To get higher ranking, you need to have less downtime.
3.] Promote and promote!
4.] Organize your webpage a little better with CSS and please...
Keep it simple and dead stupid for the users.
5.] Use better keywords, description (optional)
6.] Advertise your website on a higher ranked website!
7.] Keep a note or schedual of your website promotion and keep a broad mind.
Just think of Chess.
You're the king and the rest are the pawns, towers and ect.
You're in control of your website; you're the boss and your think before you make a move.
That is all.

There are some very useful tools at http://www.webconfs.com/
Particularly, concentrate on your keyword density. Your top keyword currently is "Subscribe" which won't do anyone a lot of good.
Secondly, build up your backlinks (with reputed sites). You don't have any yet.
I've also simulated a spider crawl and the only thing picked up is "Welcome To sensitivedj's official Website" - which again won't do your ranking a lot of good. (Although I've looked at the source and this seems inconsistent!)
All your meta keywords need to be seperated by a comma!
Try to reduce your reliance on flash elements - search engines can't read flash content.
BTW - I have a ranking problem with my site due to non-paid hosting - but this isn't critical for me at the moment while the site is being developed.
One last thing - optimise your site for Google. Google returns about 85% of all organic searches and is a must for SEO processes.

What do you mean by increase alexa rank, alexa became good when you have lower rank not higher

Eh, Here's what I would do, although I don't know alexa that well.
-Increase SEO Optimization
-Submit website to Google & Yahoo
-Use Friendly Links "aka SEO"
-Organize your site a little better, the color choice is ehh.
-Site Layout doesn't seem to exist, you might want to work on that.
-A good looking site, with useful things will create regular users for you.
-You might also want to Fix up your site a little.
