For free hosting there's actually no guaranteed time to get a reply, further more these forums are the supportchannel to use primarily. Support for the free hosting is done by volunteers on spare time and not all have the required access to view your account in any way, even fewer would receive emails sent to support.
There's no linked hosting account with the forum account you post from and the domain you posted above doesn't come up with any information either, it does not exist on our system at this point.
For support requests you should always use the forum account that is linked with the hosting account (one was automatically created when you signed up).
If you do not know what forum account is attached to the hosting you can see information if you login to the portal and go to "Get Support" -> "Visit Forums". This will provide you with information about currently linked forum account. Password for that account should be the same as you use when logging into the portal.
