Hi,

I would like to request an increase in my storage space, if I am allowed to do so. I had a bump up to 1 GB of storage not that long ago, but my storage has run out again.

I forgot about that. I downloaded the backups to my computer and I deleted them from the file manager. I now have about 400 mb of storage free.

something else that not many are aware of, is to check your
"root > trash" folder if you deleted any files.

in many cases when people delete something they dont uncheck the
"send to trash" option thats checked automatically by default.

as sometimes deleted files get saved there and not automatically purged.
staff should make a note of that problem or fix it to auto purge
deleted files.

.trash works as intended, it does purge automatically (though it only purges files that has been in there for 30 days).

The fact sending to .trash is default is also by intention, that way the users can recover deleted files should they by mistake delete the wrong one(s).

Request denied for now, since you are not using up enough to qualify for the next level (when you use roughly 75% of current limit you can request for the next increase).
