Hello, everyone.

I am currently working on a site using ZenCart and x10hosting, for a college assignment. Previously everything seemed to be fine and I could access the backdoor to sign in and do edits. However, I have suddenly come across some technical issue when today I attempt to access using Firefox and get this message:

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

Internet Explorer can't display the page, and Chrome is telling me that the webpage has an infinite loop.

If any of you have solutions to this conundrum, kindly let me know.

(P.S. No, deleting cookies does not help.)

Did you or anyone else edit the .htaccess file? Try restoring it to default.

How exactly do I do that? I've actually been able to access the .htaccess file on the File Manager but it doesn't seem to present any information.

Hi sloberts,

Please could you check again now? This issue should now be resolved. :)

Thank you,
