With an Infinity account, should I be able to query game servers for their status?

Yes, I do. I was just curious if one of you lovely people knew off the top of your head. Also seems that it is a no. :/

For premium accounts, which is what you have, there may be a possibility that the staff will open the required port, likely bound to an IP as well though, for you if you as through a ticket (most that read these forums do not have access to that side things).
