Hello,

I am interested in moving from the free service to the paid service. I contacted customer support by both e-mail and telephone service over a month ago and once more last month. I have a little issue using the cPanel on this site (error 500 which means it is not on my end). So before parting with my money I would love to speak with someone. So far I have attempted the following methods:

Hello littlein,

We initially cap new free hosting accounts at 512MB of disk space. Unfortunately, there is a bug with the Basic control panel theme, where it shows a 500 error message if you have hit your disk space limit. I have now given your account a free upgrade to unmetered disk space, so you should now be able to load your control panel. ;)
