Installation of Perl module CGI::Session

Hi,

I have recently opened an hosting account in your Website for free and developing my own Site in Perl.
In the process, I want to put up a login screen and maintain a session for the user who has logged in. However doing so I find the module CGI::Session is not installed in the Box.

I will be pleased if you can install the same for me. Thank you.

I show the module is not available either.

Are we allowed to download Perl modules to our own directories and use them from there?
