Dear x10hosting admins,
I need my account's PHP version to be changed to "Intermediate PHP Configuration" in order to allow my website to send emails to clients using mail() and allow my clients to upload their images too.
When I continue the process give me an error:

An Error Has Occurred
An error occurred with your PHP version change request. Try again later or contact x10Hosting. (Code 3)
Then what I do now?
my cpanel username is hayoub80
and my webaddress is www.esoftgroup.com
