Internal error 500

Hi,I have encountered an error message when logging into my wordpress site http://elvintest.x10host.com.

I did a plugin update at around 8:45pm on 23rd sydney time with failure. After that I could not longer access anything in the dashboard. After signed out and back in again it started giving me this error message.

Can anyone please help?
