Internal ERROR

Hi,

I have an internal error. No one can sign up to join on my oxwall site. I contaced oxwall and they said this:

Hello Nicole,

Have you tried to enable DEBUG mode in config.php and register again?
DEBUG should reveal the real error behind 500phtml one.

My first guess is that something is wrong with php mail function on your server ( either email account is not set or function itself is not working properly). In any case enable DEBUG and let me know the results.

I believe Oxwall is referring to a file in the actual software, nothing in cPanel.
You will need to use your cPanel File Manager to edit the file config.php, which is likely located in your Oxwall installation.
