Internal Server Error 500

When I log into x10 hosting the following message appears.


Internal Server Error
500

Failed to create a session


cpsrvd/11.42.1.16 Server at xo3.x10hosting.com




At the same time the x10 email accounts that I set up on my Ms Outlook are having problems: emails being sent are coming up with the following notification:

"Send test e-mail message: Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)."

Are you still having these issues? Your cPanel seems to be loading fine.

Problem with c panel has gone but my email account is still not working with the recomended settings, was fine up until today.
